The wedding of Hazel & Adam at Healey Barn near to Corrbridge was perfect. A stunning venue and a beautiful spring day made for an idyllic setting to work as a wedding photographer. The venue has been converted from old farm buildings and has a rustic feel but with fantastic facilities. The old barn has been converted but still has a dramatic high beamed ceiling which is used as the ceremony room and is showpiece for the venue. As well as choosing this great venue, Hazel also arrived in a vintage VW Camper Van from the 1960s which had been fully refurbished and looked amazing. It all added up to create a really stylish and fun wedding for the wedding party and guests. It’s also the first wedding of the year where the weather has warmed up noticeably which helped us take some photographs of the sunset which looked great. I’d not worked at Healey Barn before but it was a real pleasure to cover a wedding here and I’m looking forward to working their again. Congratulations to the bride and groom on their special day and thanks for asking me to be your wedding photographer. I would also like to say thanks to videographer, Justin Gooch, for his work on the day and coverage.
