FAQ

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary depending on your current visibility and the services you choose. With Google Maps optimization, many clients see improvements within 4-6 weeks. Google Search (SEO) typically takes 3-6 months to show significant results, as Google needs time to recognize and rank your optimized content. Google Ads can deliver results immediately—you’ll start seeing leads within days of launching campaigns. The key is consistency: the longer you invest in these strategies, the more sustainable and impressive your results become.

What’s the difference between Google Search and Google Ads?

Google Search (organic SEO) focuses on getting your business to rank naturally in Google search results without paying per click. It takes longer to see results (3-6 months), but once you rank, you get free traffic indefinitely. Google Ads is a paid advertising model where you only pay when someone clicks your ad. Results are immediate, but you pay for each click. The best approach? Use both. Google Ads generates immediate leads while your Google Search efforts build long-term, sustainable visibility. Many of my clients use both strategies together for maximum impact.

Do you offer a guarantee?

I don’t offer a “guaranteed results” guarantee because no honest marketer can. Google’s algorithm changes frequently, and results depend on many factors including your industry, competition, website quality, and how well you implement recommendations. However, I do guarantee transparency and hard work. I’ll provide monthly reports showing exactly what I’m doing, the results we’re seeing, and what we’re adjusting. If we’re not seeing progress after 90 days, we’ll have an honest conversation about what’s working and what needs to change. My reputation is built on delivering real results for my clients.

How much does this cost?

Pricing depends on which services you choose and the scope of work required. I offer three main packages: Google Maps (£250/month), Google Search + Maps (£750/month), and Google Ads + Search + Maps (£1,000/month). I also offer standalone Google Ads management (£300/month). Rather than assuming which package is right for you, I’d prefer to have a consultation call where I understand your specific situation, goals, and current Google visibility. Then I can recommend the best option for your business. Book a free consultation to discuss pricing and see which services are right for you.

Can you help my specific industry?

Yes! I work with a wide range of service professionals including plumbers, electricians, HVAC specialists, contractors, accountants, lawyers, doctors, photographers, and many others. Each industry has unique challenges and opportunities, but the fundamentals of search marketing remain the same: get found on Google Maps, rank in Google Search results, and convert leads into customers. I’ve worked with 100+ service businesses across different industries, so I understand your specific challenges and know what strategies work best for your type of business.

What if I’m not ready to commit to a long-term contract?

I don’t believe in locking clients into long-term contracts. Most of my clients work with me on a month-to-month basis. We start with a consultation to understand your goals, then we implement strategies and measure results. If you’re happy with the progress and results, we continue. If you’re not seeing what you expected, we have an honest conversation about what’s working and what needs to change. I’d rather earn your business every month by delivering results than force you to stay through a contract. That said, some strategies (like Google Search/SEO) do take time to show results, so I typically recommend a 90-day commitment to give strategies time to work.

How do you measure success?

I measure success through clear metrics that matter to your business. For Google Maps: rankings, visibility, reviews, and leads from Maps. For Google Search: keyword rankings, organic traffic, and leads from search. For Google Ads: click-through rate, cost per lead, and ROI. I provide detailed monthly reports showing these metrics, so you always know exactly what’s working and what results you’re getting. Success isn’t just about vanity metrics—it’s about leads and revenue for your business.

What areas do you serve?

I’m based on Teesside in the North East of England, but I work with service professionals across the entire UK and USA. Since search marketing is location-independent (I work remotely with all my clients), your location doesn’t matter—what matters is that you’re a service professional looking to get found on Google Maps and Google Search. Whether you’re in London, Manchester, Glasgow, New York, or Los Angeles, I can help you dominate your local Google search results and generate consistent leads.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK and USA?

My primary focus is UK and USA-based service professionals, as I’m most familiar with how Google’s algorithm works in these markets. If you’re based outside the UK or USA, let’s discuss your specific situation on a consultation call to see if I can help. The strategies remain the same—getting found on Google Maps and Google Search results—though there are regional differences in how Google’s algorithm works.

What happens if I stop working with you?

The work we’ve done—your optimized Google Business Profile, your improved website, your Google Search rankings—doesn’t disappear. Google Maps optimization and Google Search results tend to stick around because they’re based on legitimate optimization. Google Ads will stop delivering leads once you pause campaigns (since you’re no longer paying for ads). If you’ve built strong organic visibility through Google Search, that continues to work for you indefinitely. That’s one reason I recommend Google Search as a long-term strategy—it keeps working even after we stop working together.
